Ash House Rehabilitation Unit

A dedicated range of services for men and women with complex mental health and social care needs - helping each person we support to achieve and maintain their full potential
KR Health and Social Care Group’s Supported Living Services have been developed to support people with complex mental health needs to reach greater autonomy, social integration and independence. Our individualised services can form part of a care and treatment pathway in association with our affiliate locked rehabilitation services or can be independently commissioned. We have a skilled, dedicated, caring and innovative team with leadership from an experienced service manager. We can flex our offer to meet individual and changing needs and are also able to access full MDT support from our associated locked rehabilitation services should this be required.
In parallel we also provide a dedicated service for people with a learning disability, particularly focused on the needs of individuals who need the time and space to adapt to their social surrounds, especially those who need intensive support to orientate and reintegrate into the community after a period of hospital care.
We intend to be successful in all that we do. Please read our links below for further information and we would be keen to speak with you to determine how we could help.

"From my very first telephone enquiry, the staff were superb, invited me to call and look around. Mum was their priority, her needs, interests and medical needs, money was not mentioned. Nothing is too much trouble for the management and staff."

Daughter of resident at Branch Court Care Home
"I would definitely recommend Little Heaton, the care given is excellent. The staff really seem to care about the people in their charge and their individual needs. My mother loves it there and it is far better than any other residential homes I looked at when she came out of hospital. I can relax now, knowing that she is well cared for"
